What Data We Collect
When you use the contact form on our website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, subject and message text. No data is collected automatically beyond what is technically necessary to serve the website (server access logs).
Purpose of Processing
We process your contact form data solely to respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a quotation for our services. Server logs are used only for security and troubleshooting purposes.
Legal Basis
Processing of contact form data is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you voluntarily submit the form. Server log processing is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining website security (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any third parties. Contact form submissions are transmitted via email (GMX mail servers within the EU) and stored on our self-hosted server infrastructure in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH).
Data Retention
Contact form data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, typically no longer than 12 months after our last communication. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days.
Cookies and Local Storage
This website does not use cookies. We use browser localStorage solely to remember your preferred language setting. No tracking, analytics or advertising technologies are used.
Your Rights
