ARAMKOR specialises in the design and manufacture of multi-layer precision foam inserts for packaging of sensitive equipment. Our process combines computer-controlled cutting with thermal bonding — no adhesives are ever used, ensuring a chemically clean, odour-free product.

Each insert is engineered from scratch: we slice the 3D model into individual layers, optimise material usage, calculate cutting paths and cost — all before a single piece of foam is touched. Complex inserts may consist of any number of layers.

Operating in Warsaw, Poland, we serve clients across Europe requiring the highest standards of protective packaging for precision instruments, optics, medical diagnostics and industrial metrology.

25 kg/m³ closed-cell non-cross-linked polyethylene foam. Light, clean material for protective inserts and packaging layers.

Cross-linked PE Foam — XLPE
33 kg/m³ closed-cell cross-linked polyethylene foam (XLPE). Smooth surface, stable structure and good appearance for precision inserts.

Preferred file formats

We accept all major CAD formats. In order of preference:

Drawing requirements
  • Preferably, geometry should be defined as arcs, circles, straight lines and polylines.
  • Ungrouped, non-merged objects are preferable for faster technical preparation.
  • Splines should be avoided where possible; if present, they will be converted by interpolation.
  • Dimensions should be indicated according to standard technical drawing practice.
  • If these requirements cannot be met, please still send the available files or sketches. Hand sketches are accepted; we can prepare the production drawing.

Lead times
  • PE foam inserts — from 1 hour with ready drawings for compact, simple inserts with a small number of layers
  • Complex assemblies — from 2 days when a STEP model is available
