ARAMKOR specialises in the design and manufacture of multi-layer precision foam inserts for packaging of sensitive equipment. Our process combines computer-controlled cutting with thermal bonding — no adhesives are ever used, ensuring a chemically clean, odour-free product.

Each insert is engineered from scratch: we slice the 3D model into individual layers, optimise material usage, calculate cutting paths and cost — all before a single piece of foam is touched. Complex inserts of 12 to 20 layers are our standard, not our exception.

Operating in Warsaw, Poland, we serve clients across Europe requiring the highest standards of protective packaging for precision instruments, optics, medical diagnostics and industrial metrology.

Drawing requirements
  • Geometry as arcs, circles, lines and polylines only
  • Objects not merged/grouped preferred
  • Avoid splines — they will be interpolated
  • All dimensions indicated per standard
  • Hand sketches accepted — we prepare the drawing
